Plants is what Tomlins Garden Centre is all about - we have a huge stock of Shrubs and hardy plants - that covers everything (well nearly) from the "A's" in Row 1 round the the "Zee's" in Row 5, and if the one you want isn't there we can get it for you from our large range of Growers both in the U.K. and Holland.
Our range of Climbing Plants is also very comprehensive, with about 30 difference varieties of Clematis and then all the other Climbing Plants - too many to mention, let alone all the Hedging Plants and Conifers!!
FRUIT TREES AND BUSHES:
We stock a very comprehensive range for Fruit Trees in our Tree Section near the Garden Furniture Department and every fruit bushes that can be found at the Bottom of Row 1 - Near the Life Style Plants - from Currants to Raspberries to Grape Vines and Figs to Rhubarb!! and Gooseberries !!
Fruit trees have bee very popular this year and in response to the demand for Patio trees we stock Minarete Apple trees - and Peaches.

Tomlins Garden Centre stock a large selection of Specimen shrubs and trees which are ideal for covering that scruffy fence or just to brighten up a boring corner of the garden, or even to block out an overlooking window in a neighbouring property!!
Buxus Balls, pyramids and spirals are usually always available, as are standard or half standard Bay trees.
Our House Plant Department has good quality house plants all year round - but Christmas Time is the best with thousands of POINSETTIAS and CYCLAMEN, ORCHIDS, AZALEAS, and all manner of house plants and Planted Baskets - with Pot Covers in every colour of the rainbow to make your House Plants look Brilliant!!

HERBACEOUS - ROSES AND THE REST !!
Herbs and Alpines and Grasses!!! Far too many to mention - individually - but the best selection in Harold Wood or Upminster.
Roses arrive October/November, weather permitting. We carry a very large selection of the Celebration Roses, i.e. Silver and Ruby Wedding Anniversary Roses, Happy Birthday and Blessings and Remember Me, etc. also climbing roses and Standards, and if you need a "Special" rose we'll do our best to source it for you.
The Herbaceous Selection goes from strength to strength every year with more and more varieties being added.
Camelia and Rhododendrons and Azaleas are also well catered for - along with the Ericaceous Compost they need to grow in our London Clay!!
Autumn and Spring was considered to be the best time to plant, but today everything is pot grown or containerized so there is never a time when you can't add to your collection of Plants in your Garden.
